# Executive steering pack

Use this pack for the recurring steering meeting where sponsors decide whether AI initiatives should continue, pause, scale, or change direction. The packet should be short enough for executives to read, but specific enough for delivery, risk, security, and finance teams to trust the decisions that follow.

## Sections

- Portfolio summary: initiative, sponsor, business owner, delivery owner, phase, current decision needed, and next milestone.
- Outcome view: baseline, target, current value signal, confidence level, and unresolved measurement gaps.
- Risk view: top delivery risks, data risks, model risks, operational risks, and mitigations with owners.
- Spend view: budget consumed, forecast, runtime cost trend, vendor exposure, and incremental funding request.
- Decision log: decisions made, evidence used, conditions attached, and date for revisit.

## Operating discipline

Do not let the meeting become a demo review. Every item should connect to one of four choices: fund, stop, change, or operate. If a decision cannot be made because evidence is missing, record the missing evidence as the next milestone.
